The situation workout, will we trust it?

When I first heard about the Situation Workout DVD, I was a tad skeptical. Appearing for the Jersey Shore reality series doesn’t do much to boost ones authoritative power, particularly in the health and fitness industry. Firstly, the cast is portrayed as young, party going drinkers who get drunk every night, not the maximum fitness role models (although, I question just how much “The Situation” really drinks). Second, not being the most well spoken person on the globe, and having some major blunders on the program (if cameras were following you around, a similar thing would happen, and it also produces good television) doesn’t help his cause either. Regardless if you are a fan of the hit reality series Jersey Shore or otherwise not, you ought to be impressed with some with the male physiques on the show. The man who calls himself “The Situation” and helped coin the phrase ‘Gym, Tan, Laundry’ gets ready to branch out and secure a fresh revenue stream. Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino, most famous for his chiseled 6-pack is trying to parlay his success on Jersey Shore to profit on his soon to be released workout DVD.

Proof is in the Pudding Fortunately for “The Situation Workout

you can measure authority in various ways. Nobody can argue that his abs are weak, actually he shows them off almost every episode. You also can’t take away the efforts that goes into it. The males on the show proclaim they go to the gym at least Five days each week!

He believes diet is crucial!

I earned some respect for Mike “The Situation Workout” after viewing this short clipon youtube. When asked abut his fitness regimen, Mike procedes to discuss the stages of his program. Where he really surprised me is when he continues a rant about diet! This is something I wasn’t expecting. Most meat heads wouldn’t consider their diet such high regard. For he deserves some respect. Unlike other celebrity workout programs, he doesn’t mislead individuals to think that only the abs workouts alone can get the job done; he actually admitted that diet plays a vital role is sculpting that 6-pack. Congratulations “Situation” for not as a meathead in addition to a possibly becoming a fitness role model (sort of).

People could actually take advantage of his advice!

Get what you eat under control (no sugar, whole wheat, sweet, soda) 2. Go to a health club 3. Exercise abs almost daily!

Make sure you remember about Cardio

Completing a HIITS routine is really important to achieving 6 pack abs. Listed below are the highlights.

Format your actions in intervals inside a ration of two:1 or 1:1 for those who genuinely wish to burn calories (this means 1 min intense work: 1 minute slow pace) 2. You can utilize any activity really, provided that your intense work period may be very intense!

HIITS should never take longer than 15-20 minutes.

Could include sprints, skipping, cycling, body volume exercises, kettle bells, etc….
